#HighVolumeFiller · #FirmVolume · #WideAreaVolume · #NaturalFirmness

Q.O.Fill is a high-volume hyaluronic acid filler designed to add volume across a wide area in one session. It gives a firm yet natural feel, making it a practical choice for larger areas such as the cheeks and forehead.

Quick answer: Q.O.Fill is a hyaluronic acid filler used in larger amounts to restore volume across wider areas, such as the cheeks, forehead and temples, in a single session. At Art of Shine Clinic in Seomyeon, Busan, treatment takes about 10–20 minutes after numbing cream, and most people return to normal activities the same day, with mild swelling possible. Results usually last about 12–18 months. Q.O.Fill 10cc is KRW 990,000 (excl. 10% VAT).

What is Q.O.Fill?

Q.O.Fill is a hyaluronic acid filler intended for high-volume use. Instead of one or two small syringes for a single line, a larger amount is planned across several areas of the face so that volume is restored in a balanced way.

It is mainly used where the face has flattened over time, such as the cheeks, forehead and temples. For a slower, collagen-stimulating approach to volume, some patients consider Juvelook Volume instead. Your doctor will explain which approach suits your face.

How Q.O.Fill works

The gel is placed in deeper layers where volume has been lost, supporting and smoothing the surface. Because the total amount is planned across the whole face, each area is balanced against the others.

  1. Consultation: your doctor maps where volume has been lost and divides the total amount between areas.
  2. Treatment: after numbing cream, the filler is placed with a needle or blunt cannula; the injection time is about 10–20 minutes.
  3. After: results are visible straight away; your doctor checks symmetry and explains aftercare.

Why patients choose Q.O.Fill

  • Wide-area volume in one visit — a larger amount restores several areas at once.
  • Firm yet natural feel — gives structure while still moving naturally.
  • Suited to larger areas — such as the cheeks, forehead and temples.
  • Reversible — as a hyaluronic acid filler, it can be dissolved if needed.

Who is Q.O.Fill for — and when we suggest something else

Good candidates

  • You have volume loss across several areas, such as cheeks, forehead and temples.
  • You want one plan that rebalances the face rather than treating one spot.
  • You prefer a firm hyaluronic acid gel that holds shape in larger areas.
  • You want results you can see on the day, not after several sessions.
  • You have time in Busan for mild swelling over the first few days.
  • You are comfortable with a larger, planned amount and a staged approach.

We may suggest something else if…

  • You only need a small correction in one area. A single syringe of REJUVIEL or Neuramis may be enough.
  • You want volume to build slowly and naturally. Juvelook Volume stimulates collagen over a course.
  • Your main concern is loose skin rather than hollowing. Lifting such as Thermage FLX may help more.
  • Your concern is fine lines on thin skin. A skin booster suits this better than a high-volume gel.
  • You are pregnant, breastfeeding or have an active infection on the face. We wait until this has resolved.

What happens at your Q.O.Fill session in Seomyeon

  1. Message us on WhatsApp first. Send front, side and angled photos in good light, and list the areas that bother you. Include your travel dates and any previous filler.
  2. Consultation with Dr. Park. She assesses volume loss across your whole face, skin thickness and symmetry. She then explains how the 10cc would be divided.
  3. Preparation & numbing. Numbing cream is applied for about 20–30 minutes. Each area is marked while you sit upright, because volume reads differently lying down.
  4. The treatment. Injecting usually takes about 10–20 minutes, depending on the number of areas. You feel pressure and fullness rather than sharp pain.
  5. Out the door & follow-up. You can return to your day, though swelling may be more noticeable with a larger amount. Contact us if lumps or asymmetry persist.

How Dr. Park plans your Q.O.Fill treatment

Dividing 10cc across the face

Our listed package is Q.O.Fill 10cc. That amount is not put into one area. Dr. Park divides it between areas such as the cheeks, forehead and temples, based on where volume has dropped.

Layers and order

Larger areas usually need deeper placement for structural support. She often restores the frame first, such as temples or upper cheeks, and then reassesses folds. Supporting the frame can soften folds without filling them directly.

Staying natural

A full-face plan can look heavy if every hollow is filled. She leaves some natural shadows and keeps proportions in mind. Results usually last about 12–18 months, so maintenance is typically planned every 12–18 months. For a single focused area, see Temple Filler.

Q.O.Fill results: what to expect and when

  • Immediately: the change is visible as soon as treatment ends, often with some swelling.
  • Days 2–7: swelling and any bruising settle.
  • Weeks 2–4: the filler settles and softens; this is the right time to judge the result.
  • Months 12–18: the filler is gradually absorbed and a top-up can maintain the result. Timing varies by person.

Side effects, risks and who should avoid Q.O.Fill

Hyaluronic acid filler is generally well tolerated when performed by a doctor. Possible side effects include:

  • Swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising at the injection sites (usually settles within a few days)
  • Small lumps or slight unevenness, which often soften as the filler settles
  • Because larger amounts are used, swelling may be more noticeable for the first few days
  • Rarely, infection, an allergic reaction or delayed lumps
  • Very rarely, filler can block a blood vessel. Contact the clinic or seek urgent care immediately for severe pain, skin colour changes or changes in vision

Not suitable if you: are pregnant or breastfeeding; have an infection, cold sore or inflamed skin in the area; are allergic to hyaluronic acid filler ingredients or local anaesthetics such as lidocaine; have a history of severe allergic reactions; or have a bleeding disorder. Tell your doctor about all medications, especially blood thinners, and any previous filler or surgery in the area.

Q.O.Fill results timeline: when results appear and peak, and how long they last (About 12–18 months)

Q.O.Fill vs Juvelook Volume and Radiesse: which should you choose?

All three can address larger areas of volume loss, but they work very differently.

Treatment How it works Best for Downtime Results last
Q.O.Fill High-volume hyaluronic acid gel adds volume immediately Several hollow areas in one plan Immediate return; swelling may be more noticeable About 12–18 months
Juvelook Volume Stimulates collagen so volume builds gradually Gradual, subtle change over a course Needle marks or swelling for 1–2 days Varies; 3+ sessions recommended
Radiesse Calcium-based filler that adds volume and stimulates collagen Firm support in folds and contour Immediate return; mild swelling possible About 12–18 months

Choose Q.O.Fill if you want visible volume in several areas in one visit, with a reversible HA gel. Choose Juvelook Volume if you prefer gradual change. Choose Radiesse if firm, collagen-stimulating support suits your area.

Aftercare after Q.O.Fill

  • Avoid touching or pressing firmly on the treated area.
  • On the day of treatment, avoid saunas, hot baths, strenuous exercise, and alcohol.
  • For 1–2 weeks after treatment, avoid strong massage or heat on the treated area.
  • Temporary swelling or bruising may occur and usually subsides within a few days.
  • If asymmetry, lumps, or discomfort persist, please contact the clinic.

Downtime after Q.O.Fill, and flying home

With a larger total amount, swelling in the first 24–72 hours can be more visible. Some tenderness when you smile or chew is common. Do not press on or massage treated areas. Avoid strong heat and firm massage for 1–2 weeks. Light makeup is usually fine from the next day.

You can sightsee the same day, but plan a lighter schedule if you have photos booked. Skip saunas and the jjimjilbang for at least the first day, and ideally for 1–2 weeks. Avoid alcohol and hard exercise on the day. Tell Dr. Park your flight date. Leaving a few days before a long flight gives time for a check. Read our travel aftercare guide.

Is 10cc of filler too much for one face?

Not necessarily, because 10cc is usually spread across several areas. A full-face plan might divide it between temples, forehead and cheeks, for example. Each area then receives only part of the total. Whether 10cc suits you depends on how much volume you have lost and how your face is built. Some people need less, and Dr. Park will say so. Overfilled faces usually come from too much in one area, or repeated top-ups too soon. Ask her how she would divide the amount, and which areas she would leave alone.

Q.O.Fill or a cheek-only filler: what is the difference?

The difference is mainly the plan, not just the product. A cheek-only treatment uses a smaller amount to lift one area. A Q.O.Fill 10cc plan looks at the whole face and rebalances several areas together. If only your cheeks have flattened, a smaller plan with a filler such as REJUVIEL may be enough. If temples, forehead and cheeks have all hollowed, treating them together often looks more natural. Treating one area alone can make the untreated areas look more sunken by contrast. Dr. Park will explain which approach fits your face.

Why does swelling last longer after full-face filler?

More injection points and a larger amount of gel mean more tissue reaction. Hyaluronic acid also draws in some water, adding to early fullness. Swelling usually peaks in the first day or two and then settles over the next few days. Bruising, if any, can take longer to fade. Cool compresses, sleeping slightly propped up and avoiding alcohol and heat can help. The face can look fuller than the final result during this time. For that reason, any adjustment is usually discussed after swelling has gone down. Contact the clinic if swelling is one-sided, worsening or very painful.

Q.O.Fill FAQ

How much does Q.O.Fill cost in Busan?

Q.O.Fill 10cc is KRW 990,000 at Art of Shine Clinic in Seomyeon, reduced from KRW 1,941,000 as an AOS Aesthetic Package (excl. 10% VAT). Your doctor will explain how the 10cc is divided between areas during your consultation.

Does Q.O.Fill hurt?

Numbing cream is applied for about 20–30 minutes first, and many fillers also contain a local anaesthetic. Most people feel pressure and mild stinging rather than sharp pain. The injections take about 10–20 minutes, and tenderness usually settles within a day or two.

How long does Q.O.Fill last?

Q.O.Fill usually lasts about 12–18 months. Deeper placement in areas that move less, such as the forehead and temples, tends to last longer than in very mobile areas. Results vary with metabolism and lifestyle, and a top-up can maintain them.

Can I go sightseeing or fly after Q.O.Fill?

Most people go back to sightseeing the same day. Because a larger amount is used, swelling can be more noticeable for the first few days. Avoid saunas, alcohol and hard exercise on the day, and avoid pressing on treated areas. Mention any upcoming flight.

Should I choose Q.O.Fill or Juvelook Volume?

Q.O.Fill is a hyaluronic acid filler, so volume appears immediately. Juvelook Volume is a collagen stimulator: volume builds gradually over weeks as your skin makes new collagen, and it usually needs more than one session. Your doctor will suggest which suits your goals.
