What happens at your CellREDM session in Seomyeon

1. Message us on WhatsApp first. Send a daylight photo without makeup and tell us your main skin concern. Include your dates in Busan and any recent treatments.
2. Consultation with Dr. Park. She checks skin thickness, firmness, pores and texture. She reviews your medical history and asks about allergies.
3. Preparation & numbing. Your face is cleansed and numbing cream is applied for about 20–30 minutes.
4. The treatment. Injections take about 20–30 minutes. Fine, uniform particles help reduce discomfort, though you still feel small pricks.
5. Out the door & follow-up. Mild swelling or needle marks may last 1–3 days. Plan your next session 2–4 weeks later.

Dose per session

Our listed CellREDM packages use 7cc per session. Dr. Park spreads it across the areas that need structure most, such as cheeks with enlarged pores or thin skin.

Combinations and spacing

Side effects, risks and who should avoid CellREDM

CellREDM is generally well tolerated when performed by a doctor. Possible side effects include:

• Small bumps, redness or needle marks for 1–3 days
• Swelling, tenderness or bruising at the injection points
• Rarely, lumps, infection or an allergic reaction

Not suitable if you: are pregnant or breastfeeding; have an active skin infection, cold sore or inflamed acne in the area; are allergic to any ingredient; or have a bleeding disorder. Because it is derived from donated human tissue, discuss this with your doctor if it matters to you. Tell your doctor about all medications, especially blood thinners and isotretinoin.

CellREDM vs Rejuran Healer and Juvelook Skin: which should you choose?

All three improve skin quality over a course, but they use different materials.

Choose CellREDM if firmness and thin skin are your priority. Choose Rejuran Healer for repair and texture. Choose Juvelook Skin if you want gradual collagen support for pores and fine lines.

Aftercare after CellREDM

• For about 3–4 hours after treatment, avoid lying down or rubbing the treated area.
• On the day of treatment, avoid saunas, hot baths, strenuous exercise, and alcohol.
• Do not massage or apply strong pressure to the treated area.
• Temporary swelling, bruising, or soreness may occur and usually subsides over time.
• Results and duration may vary depending on individual condition and lifestyle.

Downtime after CellREDM, and flying home

Expect small bumps and possibly mild swelling for 1–3 days. Needle marks can be visible in the first day. For 3–4 hours, avoid lying down or rubbing the treated area, and do not massage it. Light makeup is usually fine from the next day.

You can sightsee the same day, though bumps may show in photos for a day or two. Avoid saunas, the jjimjilbang, hot baths, alcohol and hard exercise on the day. Tell Dr. Park your flight date. Allowing a day before a long flight helps bumps settle. Read our travel aftercare guide for more.

What is human acellular dermal matrix, and is it safe?

It is a processed dermal material from which cells have been removed, leaving structural components. CellREDM uses this human-derived extracellular matrix to replenish elements such as collagen and elastin. Removing cells is intended to reduce immune reactions. Like any injectable, side effects such as swelling, bruising and tenderness can occur. Allergic or other reactions are possible, so tell Dr. Park about allergies and medical conditions. If you are uncomfortable with a human-derived material, say so. She can suggest alternatives such as Juvelook Skin or Belotero Revive.

How is CellREDM different from a hydrating skin booster?

Hydrating boosters mainly add moisture, while CellREDM targets the skin’s structure. Products based on hyaluronic acid draw water into the skin for glow and suppleness. CellREDM replenishes dermal matrix components aimed at firmness and texture. People who found hydrating boosters pleasant but short-lived sometimes try CellREDM next. Neither type fills folds or lifts sagging skin. Some plans combine both, depending on your skin. Dr. Park explains which suits you after looking at thickness and texture. Can I combine CellREDM with Rejuran in one session?

Yes, this is a common combination, and some of our packages include both. The Cell-Rejuran Full Package pairs CellREDM 7cc with Rejuran 2cc, LDM and a hydrating mask. The AOS Super Booster adds Rejuran I 1cc, Skin Botox and a White Jade Injection. The idea is to support structure and repair together.
