What is Alltite?

Alltite is a radiofrequency (RF) device. RF energy passes through the skin and is converted into heat in the dermis and deeper tissue. This heat tightens existing collagen fibres and triggers the skin to build new collagen over the following weeks.

Because it works by heating the skin itself, RF is especially suited to overall firmness, loose lines and crepey texture. It works differently from focused-ultrasound (HIFU) devices such as Ulthera, which target the deeper SMAS layer. At Art of Shine Clinic, Alltite is often paired with ONDA or Ultherapy in our lifting packages.

How Alltite works

RF energy heats the dermis to a controlled temperature. The immediate effect is a slight tightening of collagen fibres; over the next weeks, the healing response produces new collagen for firmer skin.

  1. Consultation: your doctor assesses sagging and skin thickness and plans the areas and number of shots.
  2. Treatment: after numbing cream, the handpiece is moved across the skin, delivering RF heat in about 30–60 minutes.
  3. After: mild redness and warmth fade quickly, and you can return to your day.

Why patients choose Alltite

  • Heat that reaches deep layers — RF energy works in the dermis and below.
  • Firmer skin through collagen — new collagen builds gradually over weeks.
  • Sagging and elasticity together — for a tighter, smoother face line.
  • No downtime — suitable during a short stay in Busan.

Who is Alltite for — and when we suggest something else

Good candidates

  • Your skin feels thinner and less firm than it used to, especially along the cheeks and jaw.
  • You notice early jowls, a softer jawline or crepey texture, but no heavy sagging.
  • You want collagen-based firming that builds gradually rather than a sudden change.
  • You can return for monthly sessions, or you want to pair RF with ultrasound lifting in one visit.
  • You want to keep working and sightseeing with no recovery time.
  • You prefer a non-surgical approach and accept that results are subtle and progressive.

We may suggest something else if…

  • Your main concern is deeper sagging of the cheeks and jowls. Focused ultrasound such as Ulthera reaches the SMAS layer.
  • Fullness from fat is the issue, not loose skin. ONDA targets the fat layer as well as firming.
  • You want one session per year rather than a monthly plan. Thermage FLX is usually repeated every 6–12 months.
  • You have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, metal implants in the area, or you are pregnant. RF is generally avoided, so tell us first.

What happens at your Alltite session in Seomyeon

  1. Message us on WhatsApp first. Send a photo in natural light, the areas you want firmer, and whether you are interested in a combined lifting package.
  2. Consultation with Dr. Park. She assesses sagging, skin thickness and fat in each zone, and checks for implants or devices that affect RF treatment.
  3. Preparation and numbing. Numbing cream is applied for about 30 minutes. The skin is then cleansed and the treatment areas are marked.
  4. The treatment. The handpiece delivers RF heat over about 30–60 minutes. You feel deep warmth and brief hot pulses; the energy can be adjusted.
  5. Out the door and follow-up. There is no downtime; redness or warmth usually fades soon. Monthly sessions are recommended, so we plan your next date before you leave.

How Dr. Park plans your Alltite treatment

Shot count and zones

Alltite is planned in shots. Our packages list 300, 400 and 600 shots. Dr. Park places more passes where skin is loosest, often the lower cheeks and jawline. Fewer go over thin or bony areas.

Layering with other devices

RF heats the skin itself, so it pairs well with devices that work at another depth. Our packages combine Alltite with ONDA 60kJ, which targets the fat layer, or with Ultherapy for the SMAS. This gives firming at more than one level.

Session rhythm and natural results

Monthly sessions are recommended, and collagen builds over the following weeks. Energy is set to a level you can tolerate, rather than the maximum. The aim is firmer, smoother skin that still looks like you.

Alltite results: what to expect and when

  • Right after treatment: skin may feel slightly tighter, with mild redness.
  • Weeks 4–12: new collagen builds and firmness gradually improves.
  • Months 6–12: results gradually fade with natural ageing; maintenance sessions help keep them.
  • Please note: results and timing vary by person.

Side effects, risks and who should avoid Alltite

Alltite is generally well tolerated when performed by a doctor. Possible side effects include:

  • Redness, warmth or mild swelling (usually settles within hours to a few days)
  • Temporary tenderness in the treated area
  • Rarely, burns, blisters or small areas of fat loss

Not suitable if you: have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device; have metal implants in the treatment area; are pregnant; have an active skin infection, open wound or cold sore in the area; or tend to form keloid scars. Tell your doctor about recent fillers, threads or other procedures in the area.

Alltite results timeline: when results appear and peak, and how long they last (About 6–12 months)

Alltite vs OligioX, Thermage FLX and Ulthera: which should you choose?

RF and ultrasound devices sound similar, but they heat different layers.

Treatment How it works Best for Downtime Results last
Alltite RF heat in the dermis and deeper tissue Overall firmness, loose lines None About 6–12 months
OligioX Monopolar RF with cooling and vibration Firmness, fine lines, eye area None About 6–12 months
Thermage FLX Monopolar RF in the deep dermis Crepey skin, once-a-year firming None About 6–12 months
Ulthera Focused ultrasound to the SMAS, with imaging Sagging cheeks, jowls, brows None About 6–12 months

Choose Alltite for monthly RF firming, often within a package. Choose Thermage FLX for a single yearly session. Choose Ulthera when the main problem is deeper sagging.

Aftercare after Alltite

  • Redness or warmth right after treatment is normal and usually fades within a few days.
  • On the day of treatment, avoid saunas, hot baths, strenuous exercise and alcohol.
  • Apply sunscreen carefully for 1–2 weeks after treatment.
  • Do not scratch or rub the treated area.
  • Keep your skin well moisturised to help it settle.

Downtime after Alltite, and flying home

Your face may look flushed and feel warm for a few hours, and some people notice mild tenderness along the jaw. This usually settles within a few days. You can go sightseeing the same afternoon. Avoid the sauna, jjimjilbang, hot baths, alcohol and hard exercise on the day, as heat can prolong redness.

Gentle makeup is usually fine once redness calms, often the same evening. Use sunscreen carefully for 1–2 weeks, especially at the beach. Flying is generally fine; keep your skin moisturised in the dry cabin air. Tell Dr. Park your flight date at consultation. See our aftercare tips for travellers.

Why is Alltite recommended every month?

Because RF results build in steps. Each session heats the dermis and starts a collagen response that continues for weeks. Repeating at about monthly intervals adds to that response before it fades.

Many people choose a short series and then space out maintenance. Our premium package, for example, includes three sessions of ONDA 60,000J plus Alltite 600 shots. If you visit Busan only once, a single session still helps, but expect a milder change. Dr. Park can suggest a realistic plan for your schedule and skin. She will also tell you when a different device suits your goals better.

Can I combine Alltite and Ultherapy on the same day?

Yes, this is a common combination, and two of our lifting packages pair them. Ultherapy works on the deeper SMAS layer, while Alltite heats the skin itself. Together they target sagging and skin quality at different depths.

Dr. Park adjusts the energy of each device when they are used together. That keeps the total heat comfortable and safe. Expect a little more tenderness than with one device alone. Plan the session for a day when you have no important photos or events afterwards. Let us know your budget, and we can explain the shot options.

Is Alltite safe for thin skin or the eye area?

Thin skin can be treated, but energy and shot placement are adjusted. Bony areas and thin skin feel heat more strongly, so Dr. Park uses lower settings there. The goal is enough heat to stimulate collagen without discomfort or surface damage.

For the delicate area around the eyes, she may suggest a device with a dedicated eye tip instead, such as OligioX. If you have had fillers or threads, tell her. Their location can affect how the area is treated. Sensitive skin, recent laser or active irritation may also mean waiting.

Alltite FAQ

How much does Alltite cost in Busan?

At Art of Shine Clinic in Seomyeon, Alltite is offered in lifting packages. For example, Alltite 400 shots with ONDA 60kJ and a sheet mask is KRW 790,000, excl. 10% VAT. Prices vary with shot count and combinations, so confirm on WhatsApp.

Does Alltite hurt?

Numbing cream is applied for about 30 minutes first. During treatment most people feel deep warmth and brief hot pulses, which are usually manageable. Your doctor can adjust the energy level if it feels too strong.

How long does Alltite last, and how many sessions do I need?

Results typically last about 6–12 months and build gradually as collagen renews. Some people benefit from a series of sessions about a month apart; your doctor will suggest a plan based on your skin.

Can I fly or go sightseeing after Alltite?

Yes. There is no downtime, so you can go sightseeing the same day. Any redness or warmth usually fades within hours. Avoid saunas, hot baths, alcohol and hard exercise on the day, and use sunscreen for 1–2 weeks.

Alltite vs Thermage FLX: what is the difference?

Both are radiofrequency treatments that heat the deeper skin to stimulate collagen. Thermage FLX is a long-established monopolar RF device usually done as one session repeated every 6–12 months. Your doctor can compare cost, comfort and session plans for your skin.

Who performs Alltite at Art of Shine?

Your plan, including areas and shot count, is set at a consultation with a doctor. Dr. Park Yoon-soo is our Head Director. Ask on WhatsApp who will treat you on your chosen date.

Can I buy Alltite on its own, outside a package?

Our listed prices show Alltite within lifting packages, such as with ONDA or Ultherapy. For a standalone session, message us on WhatsApp for a quote. Listed prices exclude 10% VAT.
