Affordable Skin Treatments in Busan Under KRW 100,000
You do not need a big budget to try Korean skin care in Busan. Many clinic treatments that are expensive at home – laser toning, clinic peels, small-area Botox – are priced well under KRW 100,000 in Korea, which makes them easy to fit into a city break. This guide lists what you can realistically get for under KRW 100,000 at a clinic in Seomyeon, what each one does, and how to avoid surprises at payment.
Quick answer: In Seomyeon, Busan, standing packages under KRW 100,000 include pico toning with Genesis, a black peel with extraction, full-face mole removal, a jaw Botox and contouring injection combination, lip filler with mouth-corner Botox, and single placenta injections from KRW 49,000. Remember that 10% VAT is added to every listed price, so a KRW 99,000 package comes to KRW 108,900. Prices were checked in October 2026 and can change.
How to read prices under KRW 100,000
Korean clinics usually list cosmetic prices excluding 10% VAT. That means “under KRW 100,000” on a price list can become just over KRW 100,000 at the till. If you are working to a strict budget, aim for listed prices of about KRW 90,000 or less.
There are also two kinds of low price:
- Standing packages : the clinic’s regular discounted price list.
- Event prices : time-limited offers that change from month to month.
Some clinics also run first-visit trial offers at very low prices. These are covered separately below and are not the normal price.
Laser toning and brightening
- Pico Toning 2,000 shots + Genesis, 1 session : from KRW 99,000. Low-energy picosecond laser for blemishes, freckles, melasma-prone skin and dull tone, plus a gentle warming laser for overall skin quality.
- Clear Coco (includes X Lotion) : from KRW 99,000.
Toning usually takes about 10–20 minutes, rarely needs numbing and has no downtime. Results build over a course of sessions every 2–4 weeks, so one session is a taste rather than a full treatment for pigmentation.
Peels, facials and skin care
- Facial Black Peel + extraction + ultrasound care : from KRW 89,000.
Clinic peels and Aqua Peel take around 20–60 minutes, need no numbing and let you go straight back to sightseeing. They are a good choice before an event or at the start of a trip, and they suit people who want visible freshness without needles.
Small injections and contouring
- Jaw Botox + Power Contouring Injection 18cc : from KRW 99,000.
- Lip Filler + Mouth Corner Botox : from KRW 99,000.
- Fairy Ear Filler 1cc : from KRW 99,000.
Toxin treatments take around 5–10 minutes with no downtime; results appear over 3–7 days. Fillers show immediately but can leave mild swelling or bruising for a few days, so do them early in your stay if you have photos planned.
Spots, moles and small removals
- Full-face mole removal : from KRW 99,000. A CO2 laser removes benign moles; small scabs fall off in 1–2 weeks.
These are cheap but not “no downtime”. Scabs need to be protected from the sun and left alone, so book them early in your trip and pack plasters or spot patches if you prefer.
Nutrient injections and IV drips
- Placenta injection, 1 session : from KRW 49,000.
Be realistic about these. IV drips and nutrient injections are popular for wellness after a long flight, but evidence for skin brightening or anti-ageing effects is limited, and they do not replace medical treatment. Think of them as an optional extra rather than a skin treatment.
First-visit trial offers
Some clinics in Korea list single-session trial prices for first-time patients. In Seomyeon these currently include Korean wrinkle toxin for one area at KRW 990, Korean jaw toxin 50U at KRW 9,900, Pico Toning at KRW 19,000, Shurink Universe 100 shots at KRW 25,000, a hyaluronic acid injection 2.5cc at KRW 39,000, ONDA 10,000 J at KRW 45,000 and Dual Toning at KRW 49,000. These are first-visit trial offers, availability is confirmed when you book, and they are a way to try a treatment rather than a full plan.
Getting the most from a small budget
- Pick one goal. One well-chosen treatment usually beats several half-doses.
- Ask for the total with VAT before treatment starts.
- Check what is included – number of shots, cc, areas and any device tip.
- Book early in your trip for anything with scabs or swelling.
- Protect your skin from the sun afterwards; Busan’s beaches are bright even in autumn.
