Start with an assessment
Tell the doctor which change matters most to you. Ask about limitations around the eye, product-specific risks and why a proposed procedure is suitable for that particular concern.
Bring useful information
Note when you first noticed the change and what you have already tried. Bring dates and product names for previous procedures where available. Explain your priorities and the time you have for recovery.
Options to discuss
Questions before deciding
What cause has the doctor identified? Which part will the proposed procedure address? What improvement is realistic, what are the risks and what does the full plan cost? Ask how the response will be reviewed.
