Aftercare tips
- For 1–2 weeks after treatment, avoid opening your mouth wide or chewing hard foods.
- On the day of treatment, avoid saunas, hot baths, strenuous exercise, and alcohol.
- Avoid massage or strong pressure on the treated area for about 3–4 weeks.
- Temporary tightness, swelling, or bruising may occur and will gradually subside.
- Avoid sleeping face-down or on your side for a while.
